In this class I will take you through the Basic Essentials that will include:
- Full hanging - the 4 positions
- Semi hanging - 3 variations
- Prone on Knees
- Sitting variations
- Schroth walk
- More - depend on time.
** For all exercises, except for the first two above, you will need your rice bags, velcro strap, traction belt and door anchor. But I will show how to use alternatives in case you do not have them yet (they are for sale in this Store).
** Please prepare all of your equipment before class begins. If you do not have a wall bar, do not worry as you will be able to do all exercises using a door.
